He became the manager of the Ash Vale site went it was first opened in 2017, having transferred from our Guildford branch.

Excellent service. I had a slow puncture and phoned to see if I could be fitted in today. Was able to come during my lunch and was shown the nail in my car and given explained options on replacement tyres. Seen straight away with fair and reasonable prices. I have had bad experiences previously, but not with this garage they are not there to rip you off or tell you anything false with your vehicle. Thank you very much!!

I don't go anywhere else. Latest experience was to be fitted in last minute for a simple but emergency repair, which was sorted in 10 minutes. Such polite and helpful staff. Total honesty about repairs, and don't suggest doing work when it's not necessary. I've always had a great experience here, and 100% recommend them. Thank you!

Had a similar experience to Teri Calver on here. Took car for MOT they said the brakes were worn beyond the legal limit and that there was significant corrosion on the contact surface, they failed the MOT. They proceeded to offer to fix the issue for around £180, I declined and bought some replacement brake pads and discs and fitted them ourselves. When removing the old brake discs and pads noticed they were in such good condition that they'll be kept to replace the new ones when they wear out! Took the old ones to a few mechanics who confirmed there was nothing wrong with them. When we confronted Ash Vale Tyres they said they couldn't advise and couldn't say what they thought of the brakes. Did the retest for free.

My experience with this garage has been wonderful, so clear and understanding. My car had its service and a failed MOT elsewhere, that garage treated me poorly and it felt like I was being ripped off. I rang Ash Vale Tyre Company for a second opinion and they were able to fit me in the following week which was such a relief. My trust in garages has been restored and I'm so pleased that I had my MOT retested and the work done here instead.
