Poor service level, went in to replace three tyres and they have changed the position of the wheels on all three wheels. The car has tyre pressure monitoring and each wheels has it's own sensor and they messed that up. After telling them what they did wrong, they removed the sensor and moved them in the correct position rather than move the wheels as that would mean they had to remove the tyres. Also booked the car for a wheel alignment and I've been told it's all good. I took it somewhere eles after as the steering wheel was not aligned and the alignment was way off. Only reason why I don't give them one star is because the staff was polite. Never going back, I'm so upset that I might remove the tyres and ask for a refund.

Had a similar experience to Teri Calver on here. Took car for MOT they said the brakes were worn beyond the legal limit and that there was significant corrosion on the contact surface, they failed the MOT. They proceeded to offer to fix the issue for around £180, I declined and bought some replacement brake pads and discs and fitted them ourselves. When removing the old brake discs and pads noticed they were in such good condition that they'll be kept to replace the new ones when they wear out! Took the old ones to a few mechanics who confirmed there was nothing wrong with them. When we confronted Ash Vale Tyres they said they couldn't advise and couldn't say what they thought of the brakes. Did the retest for free.
