I had a puncture and needed it fixed super quick, they fit me in this morning. Amazing communication and very quick tyre change! 10/10 would recommend 👌🏻 (They also showed me the tyre with the nail in it was so cool)

tldr: They did did a hatchet job on my car and acted like naughty school boys when I complained. Lets just start by saying, I got new tyres and they're fine. The price is slightly above average, but it's a nice professional looking place so that's expected. Now lets talk about problems: 1. They didn't properly fasten my wheel cover (pic attached). 2. Another wheel cover had been over tightened to the extreme! The bolt was completely threaded and has to be binned. Now my car looks like a junkyard car without covers, u less I fork out £15 for a new bolt, and even then the wheel might be threaded too, that's £100 to fix. It seems that whoever was doing my wheels didn't know how to use his equipment. I also wasted an hour getting the damned thing off. 3. The lug nuts for one of the wheels werent tightened properly! I had heard a squeeking noise, so tested to see if the nuts were tightened fully, they weren't. One of the nuts I could turn with my hand and the rest weren't tight. Couldn't the wheel fall off? 4. They probably broke my exhaust. On the drive home I could hear a loud vibrating noise coming from the exhaust that wasn't there before. If everything else was dont competently, I might assume it was a coincidence, but they did it very incompetently. The men I spoke to reacted very defensively and argumentatively which didn't help the situation in the slightest, they gave me the usual mechanic spiel of acting like I barely understood what a car is. I remember at one point, a man interrupted me to explained that they don't need to touch the exhaust to take off the tyres (well dur) and acting like it's simply impossible that they could have caused it. I said he could have done it when they lifted the car if he missed the mount points. His face went white for a second which was kind of funny thinking back. Conclusion: you think because it's a nice looking establishment with above par prices it's going to be no effort job. But in fact you leave your car in the custody of these people for an hour and they'll break half the stuff they touch, and they might break something else too. Worst thing is that when you bring it upto them, dont expecting them to make well on it as mistakes happen, they act like toddlers with red hands.

Amazing MOT and tyre garage. Very informative the entire way through and happy to give advice not related to the car they are seeing at the time. Will definitely use them for my other cars
