He became the manager of the Ash Vale site went it was first opened in 2017, having transferred from our Guildford branch.
Phil has fantastic customer service skills, backed up with enormous experience and runs a great team of 8 members of staff.

This company, by far, exceeds any expectations! I was sold a substandard car from a company a month ago, all warning lights came on, battery defunct. Phil bent over backwards to help me, actually drove me back to my house around the corner from the garage, employing a diagnostic check. He ordered the necessary parts, reassured me. I would highly recommend this garage. The friendly staff diagnosed a problem with my van but because they couldn’t fix it they didn’t charge me but continued to try and help me and give advice. I will definitely recommend this garage and be returning myself!

Had my big service and mot done there. Gave me a price with all the listed things that it includes before I booked it which was good. Really nice guy that's in charge. Did my puncture and didn't charge me. Been before to check my tyres and said all OK, they could have said yes they need doing and I wouldn't have know any difference, liked the honesty.
