He became the manager of the Ash Vale site went it was first opened in 2017, having transferred from our Guildford branch.
Phil has fantastic customer service skills, backed up with enormous experience and runs a great team of 8 members of staff.

Just had 4 new Michelin Latitude Sport 3 tyres fitted to my car. The service was outstanding and a very competetive price charged. There are very few companies that offer this level of customer service. Many thanks to Phil, who managed to improve on the price first quoted which was something he didn't have to do.

Poor service level, went in to replace three tyres and they have changed the position of the wheels on all three wheels. The car has tyre pressure monitoring and each wheels has it's own sensor and they messed that up. After telling them what they did wrong, they removed the sensor and moved them in the correct position rather than move the wheels as that would mean they had to remove the tyres. Also booked the car for a wheel alignment and I've been told it's all good. I took it somewhere eles after as the steering wheel was not aligned and the alignment was way off. Only reason why I don't give them one star is because the staff was polite. Never going back, I'm so upset that I might remove the tyres and ask for a refund.
