Had a disposable vape pen go through my tyre and happened to be nearby fortunately. They fit me in and got my tyre changed quickly despite being fully booked for the day. Absolutely superb service. Thanks for saving me.

First time using Gatwick (Guildford) Tyres (run flats) and I'm rather happy. Relatively quick service for two front tyres and tracking. Was advised of two rears need replacing, actually asked before doing the job. Due to money, I politely declined but will rebook and get this done with them. Reception chap is a decent bloke & so is the guy who done my tyres. Thank you!

So it started when I needed 2x tyres phoned up Wednesday I said should I order online and the gentleman said no I can do it for you . I went in today to get them fitted and my tracking done . 2 gentleman there where very nice did a fast job when the older gentleman was finishing off the car I had a good chat with the younger gentleman and paying the bill that's where it all started going wrong when the older man walked in . I got told the bill and questioned it as the tyres online where £80 and they wanted £85 in-store . The young man said oh online prices are cheaper so I said that's why I asked on the phone to order online . The older gentleman come over and with our saying anything to me got a £5 note and put it on the counter and said if it's a problem give him that and walked off . That got my back up as I wasn't complaining I was asking a question . The young man gave me my paper work and said you can have the £5 I politely said you can keep that and left . Think it's a shame as he really let the young man down with his attitude. I know it's only £10 difference but it's the principle.
